Anyone used one of these? Gave up on video with Android Auto and just ordered a tablet. It'll sit right there for the passenger to use.

I got the bracket from Builtright industries for my F150. Bolted a Ram mounts X style phone holder to it. It’s works fine. No vibration issues and it holds the phone well enough. Feels secure and stable even on rough roads. I’m sure the bracket and Ram arm I have would support the weight of a tablet.
Pretty expensive for what it is IMO.

I have one in my Rubicon with the phone and radio holder.
That phone holder is sturdy and stays in place over rough terrain.
I don't have the tablet mount.
The only downside is you will have cables flopping around from the phone to usb port.

Yeah I thought about trying to figure out a way to route some power to it and not have cables.
