Round Up clogging my sprayer filter

There is some white Teflon looking crap in Round Up that clogs the intake filer in my sprayer. I've heard of adding Dawn dish soap to the mix but this is a 20 gallon sprayer so I'm not sure how much to use. Any of you Round Up users have a fix for this? Any suggestions?

Glyphosate will gum up like that if it is extremely old, or has been mixed with water and not used within a day or two

the Roundup itself is extremely old or the mix in my tank? Yeah, I know how old it is, I'm asking for clarification as to which one is the culprit.
Is there a way to fix it?

Only mix enough to use at that moment, if you let it sit a couple days it starts to get shitty

does Dawn clean the shitty stuff out of my tank? mixed a new batch yesterday (5-6 gallons) from a 2 gallon jug of concentrate i purchased this year and before I got through spraying, it was gumming up the filter.

I use compressed air to blow out the gummed up stuff from the choke points. Sometimes a gummy bullet shoots outta the fittings. Haha
