When you're heading down Reggio Canal, Cochon is the last cut on the right before Amadee. I mean, like 100 yds before you enter Amadee. The only thing that separates them is the twin pipes.
You should find some trout in Bayou Batola, Tanasia Lagoon, Cochon Bay, and Bayou Robin right by Amadee. The fish are in these bayous headed out. Bayou Juanita on the way to Amadee would have some trout, most likely, as well. I've canoed there before lol.

I'm pretty sure I know where you were in those videos, I have taken a yak back there, good times. I usually take the second bayou into the marsh from reggio canal I think it is bayou la chope drop trolling motor and fish the broken marsh. can't make a trip until april though

Same water, but you're paddling too far if it's La Chape you're entering. You can run La Chape in a small bayboat all the way up to Grand Lagoon.

I usually fish out of a boat in la chape. I have been in that first cut were the videos are in a yak.

Fish the T going into LaChape. Plastic's just off the bottom. Bounce it thru and hold on.
Bluemoon works great.

Didn't I give you the directions a long time ago?
And just to be sure, I enter the marsh before you even get to the main Reggio Canal...barely. I think we're talking about the same spot. from there, you can literally canoe all the way to the twin pipes pretty easily. But you rarely have to go far to find em lol.
