I am wanting to buy a new 2017 P/U Truck. I remember reading a post that you should NEVER go to a dealer but rather make them compete online. Can anyone give me the steps that I should follow to search and purchase online? I appreciate any help...

just do the Will Cover method. it is on the money board.

I bought a new pickup in June from Katy TX. I saved 2 or 3 thousand. Just contact dealers using their web sales option. Locals in LA can't compete.
It's very simple. I've done it twice now.

I bought one in April by text and email. I didn't go to the dealer until all terms were agreed to in writing. It was the easiest vehicle transaction I've ever had.
