and I'm honestly not positive on what the sticking deal is because they were saying preorders ship November 1. But I'm having to assume that that had something to do with the rebate.
In stock or out of stock I ordered two cases because I have enough to get me through whatever I need until they come in.

I only shot black cloud one time to determine it didn't pattern well in any of my guns and I hated the stuff. I stick to Hevi Steel and Hevi Metal now and haven't had any issues.

It's a mail in rebate.... it does not apply to only one outfitter.
I mentioned that the deal I found was from rogers. I assumed everyone understood that was rogerssportinggoods.com a common supplier for duck hunting shells.
