Weber, spirit or genesis.
I bought a Weber Genesis two years ago now and it is hands down the best gas grill I've had, and I've had quite a few in my time. I downsized from a Char Broil 5 burner grill to the 3 burner Genesis.
The Char Broil lasted me 11 years but I found I was replacing parts almost yearly on it to the tune of about $100 a year for upkeep. Plus, it was a lot more work to clean than the Weber I now have.

I have a weber charcoal I cook with and a propane grill I keep food warm with or use to bake with. Cleaning a gas grill is a pain in the arse.

My weber spirit is now 10 years old, just a month ago the bottom tray that holds the propane tank rusted thru on one side and dropped. I have it propped up with wood right now.
I have another one I bought last year still in the box, but I don't want to open it yet. The other one is still working fine.

I find the Weber so much easier than the Char Broil I previously had. It comes apart quickly and everything is easy to get to for cleaning.
I do a thorough cleaning about 3-4 times a year on mine. But, yeah, charcoal is easier, just dump the ashes and scrape the grill down and you're pretty much done.

Go to Costco and get you a pellet grill. Easier to use than a gas grill and cooks food with the flavor of a charcoal grill. Truly set it and forget it with the thermostat controlled firebox and meat probe. Costco has this model on sale in store for $599 Louisiana Grills LG900
