Bears from Arkansas will breed with bears from Louisiana and there won’t be a mythical Louisiana Black Bear. There really never was. They’re just black bears.

I imagine they’ll prolly only be lottery hunts and it’ll prolly be pretty hard to get black bear tags. No way they’ll treat it like they do everything else, where anyone can just get tags.
