Training in new area. Since the weather is good I've been out crawling around tracing lines. Loads of fun

That's the only way to learn it is to get your hands on it. I'm trying to train a guy on my control board but the unit runs so good that you have very little oppertunity to do anything so it makes it kind of hard to learn.

I was here about three months and the unit I was training in had major troubles. I learned plenty. Now some of the guys thats been here twenty plus years asks me questions about that unit I did so much work in it.

Yep, thats the bad thing it takes having problems to actully learn anything. I hired in here when the plant was being built so I got LOTS of experiance stating up and shuting it down in the beginning.

The plant I worked at before here ran so bad that after 6 months you were experienced.
