KM2's are TERRIBLE in mud. They're the worst SE Louisiana off road tire I've ever owned.

Which would you choose?

Toyo Open Country R/T. More quiet than the M/T but more aggressive than the A/T. I've put about 30k on mine and they are wearing great. Rotate every 6k and run at 45 psi.

Should easily get another 30k out of them.

Anything else. The BFG all terrains hold up better and are just as good as the KM2 in mud, so I'd buy those.

Lots of good options out there. The wrangler MT's are supposedly pretty good.

The best set I ever had was probably mastercraft MT's. They were cheap as hell and I got like 45k miles out of a set.

If you plan to talk on your phone in the truck do not buy mud tires. Once you reach 20k miles you will not be able to hear anything and the person you are talking to can not understand you. BFG KO2 is the way to go!

The Trxus Swampers are okay. I had SSRs, that were awesome in the mud. Only problem is that you could not talk on the phone while moving

Eta: Downshift is correct about the KM2s. They cake up very fast, don't clean unless you're going like 100, and slide all over the place

Goodyear Wrangler Authority, its a Walmart exclusive tire made off the Duratrac. Great on the road and offroad, wont break the bank and will easily go 50k+

BFG KO models are still the best tires built. Only problem is they throw gravel like a mother the first 5-10k miles.
