I'm now in the market for some new shades. I've been through three pair of Costas in the past 6 years. The current pair of Costas are fine, I'm just ready for something new.
Any recommendations?

I just bought some mauis from rockbottomsunglasses for 110
Haven't got them yet but I've had mauis and costas
The mauis are more comfortable and a lot lighter

They don't need a website when they make that great of a product. Their customer service is ridiculously good too.

I guess Maui Jim's are for people that thought Costas weren't expensive enough.

they are worth every damn dime, josey
but that is usually what you get with products that are superior/cost more than the competitor..
i know i wouldn't fish freshwater with anything else

I've never seen any up close so,that's why I was researching their website which doesn't cooperate with an iPad at all.
I'm not knocking them because I've never tried them, I'm content with my Costas for now. I've had them for years and have no complaints.

I've had these for at least 4 years with no complaints. Mine have a different lens though.

Looks like the ones I bought for 110 this week are sold out
That's cheaper than any costas
All of mauis lenses are polycarbonate if I remember right which will probably scare off the costa glass lovers

Mine were good glasses. However, I went to gaff a cobia and they fell off face and hit the floor of the boat, cracking the lense and they wanted $110 to fix them.

Sounds like you need a sunglasses lanyard instead of bashing Costa.

My brother had his 400 lenses crack and they replaced them no charge with him only having to pay shipping.
