First time I ate shrimp spiders was almost 50 years ago and I will cook some when I have large fresh shrimp for a nice snack. I was hesitant about eating them at first, but I've never shied away from eating new things and one bite convinced me I'd been missing out on some good eating for 20 years.

Only had shrimp spiders at a sushi restaurant but it tasted like popcorn, I've eaten the fried tail shells ever since. Love em
