NE Louisiana Duck Hunting

Has anybody had success duck hunting the Delta in Louisiana thus far this season? I have some trips plan later on this year. We have been killing lots of BWT and ringnecks in the Terrebonne Parish marshes.

The first split was pretty decent, hoping the incoming weather bodes well for the second.

I didn’t hunt the first split. Bird numbers picking up this week at my duckhole- all mallards, but it’s always been a mallard hole.

first split was nice on the peripheral of the Delta.
