Excuse my ignorance but we usually use a turkey fryer for crawfish. Is there a better way to do it?
Not even close to being big enough. Outstanding to boil shrimp and small batches of crabs.
80 qt holds a 35-42 lb stack easy with all fixing. 110 will do 2 32-35 lb sacks without any fixings. I always find it better using a 80 qt pot. That way the second batch, I can juice them up hotter for people that care for extra hot bugs.
