This time out of New Jersey, en banc 3rd Circuit went 10 - 5 striking down New Jersey's semi-auto rifle and LCM ban. This now provides a Federal Circuit split with the US Supreme Court taking up two similar cases next term, this case could provide pivotal support for finally striking down these laws nationwide.

The initial ruling was against NJ but this ruling expanded on it.

7th Circuit most recently, held up Illinois' ban. 4th and 9th Circuits have held up AWB's too.
