I have an old Mississippi hunters education card. Do I need to take hunters Ed in Louisiana to get a hunting license for louisiana? I went ahead and bought the license and all it says is Hunter's Ed number restricted. How strict are game wardens on 40 something year old men that don't have Hunter's Ed in Louisiana but have purchased a license?

You're good to go with the Ms one anywhere.

I've bought one in almost every state with a MS hunter ed. Only issue is some east coast states require the hunter ed to be relatively recent. In that case after a few attempts at various stores i was able to get a walmart employee to enter my prior year LA license as a new hunter ed issued date.
