Metal Building Security System

I’m currently having a 60’x40’ metal building built and was wondering if any of y’all had any experience with alarm systems for it. I’d like to get something that I could put together myself if it would be more cost effective.

People make special screws that require special bits to take them out.

Making an opening in the wall of a metal building is really easy and doesn't require much effort.

Harbor freight has the all the bits. They even have a special bit set for tamper proof screws.

Ya, needs to be a system that has motion activated cameras that alert a cell phone. Otherwise, you'll just be watching video of people stealing your stuff.

My company offers some security systems that will alert you, call the cops and send you video of what’s going on and can differentiate humans from animals to avoid bogus alerts. If interested, post your email and I’ll send you contact info

Check out Abode systems. You can buy an entire system with door and window contacts, motion detector and video cameras. Add as much or as little as you need. I am using it and I have not had a single false alarm. I have been very impressed.
