Nice. Looks like a good hog sticking knife.

Can they send you a camera that doesn't suck too?

Indeed. I was a bit nervous due to the price, but I like it a lot. Might have a kydex sheath made for it as the goat skin sheath takes some working to get it out and even more to get it back in. Other than that, it is a very nice blade. You can tell it is for working and not for show. Going to add some paracord to the handle just to control it better too.

I was going to purchase one from KH or Himalayan Imports. The khukri is such an awesome design. I held off on buying because I'm convinced I would just keep it as a safe queen, and I have plenty of other big knives that I use. I'm sure I'll buy one eventually.

That was bit over $80 on amazon prime. It is made to use, not show off.

That is much cheaper than the ones I was looking at before. The big knives I have that I put to hard use are more expensive. I think I'll have one of those soon.

Oh, I guess the mods don't like your thread title.

Nah, I edited it. Nepal doesn't bring interest but a seatbelt cutter like a Kukri well

ETA, oh got the anchor.

That doesn't look like some piece of crap with cheap metal from a chinese assembly line...looks like the real deal.

Is this a fair assessment?

Yes very good quality. Not decorative. Read the reviews on the amazon link. I have little doubt that it is handmade in Nepal as described.
