We need to clear out a lot of small trees up to 5” diameter on a 10 acre plot. Have a guy lined up to come with a heavy duty bush hog, but that is going to leave a bunch of trunk stobs. Would prefer it be mulched to ground level. Property is Between Natchitoches and Shreveport. Anyone know of a company that could provide this service in this area? Thanks.

I used Jerry Johnson (Blue Grove Underbrush)to mulch 5 acres near Ponchatoula in 2016. I think he did an excellent job. e-mail jjohnson@q-dent.com. Ph 225-921-6124. He's in Denham Springs and has heavy duty equipment (if he's still in business).

I’d expect to pay between $150-200 per hour for a true Mulcher machine. If it’s more of a heavy duty brush cutting application you’ll probably be looking closer to $100 per hour
