Looking for opinions on JD D170 Lawn Mower

I know very little about it at this time but I can buy a used one with 41 hours for $1200.00. I will have more details later. I think the price is great but I'm worried about the B&S engine due to bad experiences in the past.

Based on my recent experience, I won’t buy another Deere mower in my lifetime.

I would stay away from any product sold at a big box store.
Check to see where this mower falls in the overall product lineup. If this is a homeowners grade mower I would buy the top tier of this grade. I would prefer to buy a low tier commercial grade for durability and length of service life.
