Tropic Star is plan A. I'm looking for some other options in Panama, preferably Panama City. Thanks in advance.

I have been to hooked on panama on the costa rican border. fly from PC over to David, then a couple hour ride by car. Cool place and I believe cheaper than tropic star.

sorry i don't have any more info closer to PC.

These guys post on THT a good bit and seem to have a good reputation.

Panama on my bucket list for sure.

Panama is better for tuna, Mahi, cubera, grouper. the sardine run is a good time. be sure to stop by habanos cafe. you'll have to leave city to fish.

Did a trip with Maverick charters out of los suenous costa rico in mid April. brought to the boat 3 marlin, 5 sailfish and one 30 lb dorado. Probably a hundred miles north of Panama on pacific side
