Long Shot: Vero Beach FL Fishing Charter Recommendations

Been planning a trip to "Orlando" for the last few months to visit inlaws. I just found out we are actually going to Vero Beach.
That's actually better because it negates any Disney/Theme park ideas.
I may be able to slip off one day. I'm debating a round of golf or fishing. I was wondering if anyone has ever taken a fishing charter out of that or the nearby area and had a recommendation. Lot's of guides pop up on google, so any personal recommendation would be appreciated.

Careful, there is a Disney resort in Vero Beach!
