KR, I did so much research that I can't remember which site it was from, but it makes sense. Maybe try Googling "gun safe info" or something. Seems it was like a forum type thing.
By the way, a guy was selling a nice Browning on Craigslist for $500 for the weekend only. I had no way of moving it with 12 hours notice.

He was in NOLA, but just checked the link from a buddies e-mail and it's closed. Guess he sold it.
Said he dropped the price cause he needed to finish the tile. (read that as he was tired of hearing the bitching)
Your safe looks good, I'm just not into spending that kind of $ when I have so much security around it. Fire is my main concern.

I've had a Lincoln model Liberty for nearly a decade. Great safes..

What color did you go with? Can you take some pics and post them so I can see what they look like in a home?

Mine is actually in my garage. I went with the textured granite finish and chrome hardware. I couldn't choose a color and figured the grey was the most neutral color available.
