The custom dial is abbreviated for yardage of the specific bullet you give them. The dial it comes with is in MOA

There it is, lol thank you. Total idiot I am.

I'm just confused that if you can do that, then what is the point of getting the custom one made and mailed to you?

Truthfully, you don’t need the dial inside 200. Like Ol Boy said, the custom cds is for your caliber, bullet, and other specs.

Works like this (example):

Zeroed at 100yd.

Deer walks out at 450yd.

Turn dial to 450, aim, shoot, and it’s just as if you’re shooting at 100yd. You’re still dead on, so you aim where you want to hit the deer as opposed to guessing holdover.

Mine came with a dial made for 55g 223. The dial doesn’t translate when shooting 180g 308.

Is the Piet trigger because the can puts the chrono too far away from you?

Sorry Reds, didn't see this.

If you're by yourself shooting, you don't really need it. If you're at a range with other people shooting, you do need it. It works of the sound or something like that. The trigger picks up the recoil. I attach it to the bottom of my magazine with Velcro.

Also, Arkco machine base

This is a great base for it if you plan on using it on a bench.

Yeah I was sort of thinking that myself already. Still a cool feature though.
