Family and I will check this show out also. Hopefully has a lil more hunting vendors than one at River Center. Anyway, nothing else to really do in this rainy weather they are forecasting for weekend.

Really wish them two would stop the pissing match and put the show back like it was. They’re both slapping shows together to get at each other and they’re just wearing out and dividing the vendors and shoppers! The show pre-Covid was legit!

We’ll have a booth set up for my family’s business “Hill’s Equipment”. We sell tractors, zero turns, implements, side by sides, and a lot of other equipment, but also have an outdoor section with a lot of products. With that said what type of outdoor products would y’all like to see us bring?

Also will they have the dock for the dock dogs set up this year?

Timing this with the opening weekend of MS turkey season is dumb

Well the bar isn't exactly set high. There was only about 3 hunting vendors at the River Center (one booth selling turkey calls, one selling box blinds, and Kuiu). The rest of the hunting area was food/spices and charities doing fundraiser raffles.

If everyone on here and FB is saying this show was a major disappointment, I'll take them at their word and not waste my time again.

Doubt that'll happen. LA Sportsman should go back to having the July show at the superdome and let LA Outdoor Expo have the spring show in Gonzales. Then maybe we can get 2 quality shows instead of splitting vendors and shoppers between 2 lackluster shows 2 weeks apart.

I’d prefer this and I imagine a lot of others would too. Better yet make the LA Sportsman show in August.
