Anyone know how much of the recreational quota has been caught and how long the season is scheduled to go for?

54% has been caught thru June 28. Projected trend has season ending around early to mid August.

Don’t believe those numbers at all. 3 of the 6 weekends were too rough for smaller boats to make it out. The way they collect data and over estimate catches is ridiculous. They have no idea what weight snapper anybody is catching.

So you'd rather go back to before we had state management and let the Feds regulate everything.
