Two options for where you are looking, yellow cotton marina (it aint a marina it's a under cared for gravel lot with two back down ramps) I think the road it's on is Duvic pump road but not sure if you get to adams grocery you went too far. Then there is spanish pass which is what the above poster was talking about in the curve of tidewater road. Both would give you access to the area you are looking at
