Kayak Crabbing Spots

I've crabbed out of the kayak a couple of times using circle nets and free lining at a couple of spots. I'm usually catching small crabs though. What would be a good spot close to BR to catch crabs out of a kayak? So far my list is Bayou Lacomb and Des Allemands based of TD research. If i do Bayou Lacombe to I go into Lake Pontchartrain or stay in the Bayou?

Reserve in Point aux Chene not exactly close to BR but damn good spot to crab. 25 hp restriction in one area and there is also a paddle only area accesssable from Island Road

Couple buddies of mine went to Island Rd in Point aux Chene a while back and filled an entire ice chest with nice sized crabs...no boat, all off the side of the road.

Thanks for the help. I'll be going to PAC. Should I launch at PAC marina and crab around there or launch on island road and crab around there?
