The drinking and cooking threads are fricking stupid and it turns into grown men sharing pictures of their wives like they're a bunch of children. It's petty bullshite like this why the OB is at an all time low. Hell, if it weren't for fishing, I'd probably rarely post.

I really don't see why everybody gets their jimmies rustled over one IM thread per night on the OB. If you don't like the contents of the thread and you know what goes in in there, dont click on it.
Just like walking down Boutbon Street. You can tell from the outside what kind of place you are dealing with. Don't like it, don't go in.
It's not like the whole first page is littered with nighty IM threads.
Not calling you out, several people have bitched about it before. I liken the nightly IM thread to siting around a camp fire or neighborhood bar with your buddies.
It doesn't hurt the board if contained to one thread.
