I guess everyone has given up on the deer. I just can’t throw in the towel yet. Worked last night and thought about going this morning but I figured I’d get some rest and come this evening.
In my saddle, hunting a big community scrape I watched a doe hit last Thursday. I wish wildlife and fisheries would push the season back to the end of February because I know the deer still rut this late in the season. Giving it hell till the very end. I wanna kill a nice buck with my bow so bad I can taste it.

Last week of the season and I'm 0-4. I think this brain infection crap is giving me the shakes. Just can't seem to keep the gun still. I'm hunting a stand with a maxxum shot of 100 yes today after missing 4 from 150-200 yards in my normal stand. This shite keeps up and I'll have some rifles for sale
