I would have to go back and get it. I can't hunt without it. I'm trying to or wanting to quit, but know I can't during hunting season. No way.
In a different spot this evening, walked 200 yards down and did an estrous drag all the way back to the stand. It can't hurt. Today is THE DAY. I just keep telling myself that.

Not really. I walked all the way to the property line before getting in this afternoon and drug estrous about 200 yards back to the stand. A small 4 point came in around 5 and sniffed around for a while. He followed the scent from the stand to the trail. That's the first time I've seen it this season. Cameras have zero action, who knows. I am ready to call it a season.
I do have my eye on this land off 43, I'm going to sneak on it and hunt since the person who hunts it, lives in LA.
