In a box stand.

Shot a sow about 10 minutes after getting settled in. Probably wont see anything more than cardinals and squirrels until its dark. We shall see however if something else wants to walk on out.

Just arrowed a 7 pt right before dark, chasing four does with one smaller buck in front of him.

Shot was 25 yards, he ran about 30. Recovery was successful, now gotta drag this sumbitch a half mile back to my four wheeler for a two mile hike back to the truck.

There’s a bigger bad boy back there in the cut where I’ve been hunting on Tensas. Hope to meet up again with him soon. He winded me at about 45 yards last week. This 7 point wasn’t as wise and experienced, and he died with one thing on his brain.

ETA: tag your deer. Processor man at Kayne Kutters told me the green jeans stopped by last week to get his sheets of everyone that’s been bringing them in.
