I didn't see shite this morning or yesterday evening. I don't think I've went twice in a row and not seen something yet this season. Oh well. I only got a two hunts left. Hate for it to come to a end.

Don't know the temp. I'm gonna go with a solid 70°. At least I have a good wind.
Sitting on a wheat field. Saw a bunch of deer here yesterday, but no shooters.
At least I remembered to bring the thermacell today.

No. Some people saw a few deer. I didn't see anything. The dogs didn't stay in the hunt very long and most of the deer went where we were not. Looking at a very nice Tom turkey right now.

Our neighbors just showed up late, took off down the turn road, stopped and looked at our Ranger then at me sitting in the box stand 200 yards away through his binos while I watched him through mine... They can't stand that we have 200 acres of wheat and about 2% of our boundary is bordering their CRP. They probably think we're taking all their deer, but what he doesn't realize is 99% of the deer we see here come off of some CRP that nobody hunts.

We are lucky that we are in the middle of about 900 acres (we only have 130) but no one really hunts either side..its the people that live around here on the highway that just start firing rounds off at random times

We used to have people duck hint morning and evening close to part of our land. The deer never seemed bothered by it. It was a daily thing though.

Eta: I'm no turkey hunter. One with his beard almost dragging the ground is a big bastard right?

Yeah i dont think it really bothers them but yesterday i was hunting only a few hundred yards from this house and the dude would not let up..im not sure if it was the same house but last week my gf counted 200 shots from what sounded like an AR while we were in the same stand..i was pretty fired up

And i would just move stands but we have gotten a 10pt and a big 9 right there on cam so ill just have to stick it out

Eta- no idea i have only seen two wild turkeys but i would imagine so
