I’m looking for a weed killer to spray grass along pond edge

I have a 2-3’ wide strip along my pond edge that stays too wet to cut with my mower and it’s a shite ton to weedeat so I’m looking to keep it sprayed. It’s all weeds/grass on bank, none in water but I don’t want to risk killing fish from contaminated or overspray. What is best to use?

Roundup is harmless to fish.
Additionally, overspray into the pond won't even affect algae because as soon as it hits the water it becomes too diluted to do anything.

Glyphosate
Note that if you kill all the grass you risk the possibility of pond bank erosion

I don’t think there is a concern for erosion because part of the reason this strip stays wet is there is very very little slope to the bank.

Try this .. person that told me about swears it works great and to me to add a bottom or cheap lemon juice ... that's suppose to make it even better.

Homemade Weed Killer
Try this homemade weed killer as part of your spring lawn care: a gallon of vinegar, a cup of salt or Borax, and a tablespoon of dish soap.
“Be careful with it, it doesn’t know the difference between a weed and a flower.” Especially when using the more potent Borax (a naturally occurring substance that doesn’t cause lingering harm to an ecosystem or absorb through skin), the solution can also kill the soil so that nothing else will grow around it. This method works best on a sunny day, as the natural acid will burn the plant and the salt will shrivel it up by sundown (the dish soap helps the solution stick to the weeds). For a quick curb appeal fix, this one is also lasting.

Killzall Aquatic. Should be able to find it at most hardware stores.
