we went to the Amite today and caught about 30.....they were all small.....10-11"

It's really fun to look at 5 million$+ sport fishing yachts. Maybe one day, but let's be reasonable. Ain't no frickin way!

I was told the water dropped a bunch and fishing got worse this weekend. My buddy had terrible luck Friday compared to our awesome last weekend so I didn't bother going back. Of course now I won't be able to tow the boat anywhere for a little while.

put in at Bayou Barbary, went out to the river and started fishing the lily pads heading towards the lake..... surprised the shite out of me...caught 5 nice goggle eyes too
