Nope. Around here it's mostly black ones but there's a strain that's red and a strain that's spotted like this. They may not be a lot of generations removed from whatever bloodline they escaped from, but they are most definitely born and raised here and have been for a long time.

I've got pics of sounders full of the damn things and the momma was a scragly, nasty, long nosed, russian boar looking bitch that was solid black.

Between us and the folks around us, we took over a hundred hogs this year. I was hoping that meant we'd get a rest from them but nope... Once you've got them, that's it. You've got them. And we've had them a long damn time.

And some dipshit has been castrating the boars and letting them loose so we've got a bunch of huge boars running around.
