I have 4 or 5 pairs of these, pretty much all I wear unless I'm in bibs. I throw a baselayer under them and I'm good down to 20-30 degrees.

The non-lined versions have been on 5 years of elk hunts in Colorado and are still in great condition. You'll be walking a ton and will heat up fast, thick pants or even the lined versions will make you sweat. My advice is to start the day cold, bring gaiters for the snow and buy wool socks. Remember that cotton kills

Salmon I would love a pair but they don't make a damn 36x30.
