i caight bass yesterday about this time, I caught 3 bass last nite in my cast net, I didnt go there for the fish, its almost shrimping season from the bridge

I fished there a few months ago on word from a friend of my dads that they were biting. We went and I think we only caught two bass the entire day, and neither was bigger then my pinkie.

bayou lacombe is a tough place to fish no doubt, but I have limited on trout from the little pier plenty.
In about a week there going to be 21-25 ct shrimp coming out the marsh by the shite ton. just stand on the bridge and throw fill an ice chest. one night dude next to me caught 100 pounds bout 4 hrs
