How legit is ckc (Continental Kennel Club)?

My brother is looking at a ckc registered dog. I have always gone with akc registered dogs and I haven’t ever really dealt with ckc. Is there any hesitation with ckc? TIA.

Continental Kennel Club; will register any mutt with the correct payment. Puppy mills have an exclusive on this worthless registry.
