Seriously, I walk in like a deer with a dim red headlamp, and wait until total black to quietly get out and walk out like a deer with a dim red headlamp. I wouldn't use a flashlight if I wasn't worried about assholes in the woods with guns or unless it was pitch, pitch black because our human eyes adjust very well to ambient light.

Walk slowly, choose your steps, break from walking every few steps.

Also, make your stand/box as quite as possible. Use foam workout pads on the floor and/or thick all-weather carpet, use weatherstrip on doors, etc.

But deer don't have thumbs, so they can't use a cell phone, so that wouldn't work.
