My friends brother is a player at UGA and has started a non-profit called DGD Outdoors Adventures. Below is a description of what he's doing and, if interested, how to help out. I don't have access, but if a UGA fan wants to post this on the team site it would be appreciated. At the very least check out their t-shirts. They have some pretty good designs for gameday shirts and such.

My name is Cade Brock. I am a a soon to be graduate of the University of Georgia. I am the founder of DGD Outdoors and DGD Outdoor Adventures. I am reaching out to friends and family to see if you would like to be a part of our nonprofit organization. We are a player ran business connecting Fans, athletes, and the great outdoors. DGD (Damn Good Dawg) Outdoors is a collection of UGA Football players who enjoy the outdoors–hunting, fishing, and the conservation of wildlife. We introduce UGA Athletes to what we know and enjoy about being true sportsmen. Our goal is to promote the importance of conservation and spread the values of being outdoors. DGD outdoors also creates unique opportunities for Dawg Nation. Throughout the year and various hunting/fishing seasons we partner with hunting lodges and private landowners across the state to offer Georgia fans the chance at capturing the experience of going hunting or fishing with their favorite dawgs. Going hunting or fishing with an athlete allows members of Dawg Nation that special opportunity to spend quality time with some of their favorite players all while doing their favorite thing. We have a wide-ranging variety of different hunts/fishing trips we offer.

DGD Outdoor Adventures is a 5013c charity arm of our company. We use our platform to emphasize the importance of the great outdoors and conservation. We provide an avenue for athletes and others to learn to appreciate nature the way we true sportsmen do. One of our main focal points is, if you are somewhere in a deer stand hunting or casting a line from the bank fishing, then you're sure to stay out of trouble. Not only does being outside give us an excuse to stay out of harm's way but it has been proven to be a stress reliever which everyone needs. All money raised will be put towards providing our student athletes with an outdoor experience. Funds will be used for common expenses such as equipment, travel, hunting/fishing license and other necessities. Along with common expenses, funds will also be aimed towards collaborating events with other community outreach programs (youth, underprivileged, veterans) and charities here in Athens, GA.
While we've made great strides, DGD Outdoor Adventures still has a lot we are looking forward to accomplishing. That's where you come in. I'm contacting you today because we need your help. We appreciate your support for the DGD Outdoors mission in any way you can help whether it be through monetary donations to help the group fund equipment, travel, hunting licenses, events, and other community outreach programs or you can help by purchasing/donating gear, camouflage, archery gear and fishing tackle and other types of hunting equipment. You may also contact me if you can share hunting or fishing opportunities on your private land.
If you have any questions, I would be happy to provide you with more information about how you can help support our work at DGD Outdoor Adventures.
We greatly appreciate your contribution, as it will help us to continue our mission and focus on the great outdoors and conservation. Your support will help us provide a positive impact with today's youth, athletes, veterans, and local charities.

Please feel free to email dgdoutdoors@outlook.com for any inquiries or if you would like to know more about fan experiences. You may also find more information along with photos and videos on our Instagram @dgdoutdoors and on our website Dgdoutdoors.info

Thank you for your time and consideration. Please feel free to share this information with UGA Dawg fans or anyone that loves the outdoors!

Best regards,

Cade Brock

Not quite sure what that means.

Looks like this wasn't viewed favorably. Not sure why, figured someone trying to support the outdoors and get more people involved was a good thing and something the Outdoor Board would champion.

I didn’t downvote but generally on tigerdroppings solicitation type posts are frowned upon so maybe that’s the reason
