Could be 2.5, could be 3.5, can’t age a deer off of one picture quartering that cuts off at his “knees and elbows” or at least I can’t.
He does look a little light in the britches, but not everywhere is a Nebraska cornfield or MS river delta area where there’s a 40-50lb difference between 2-3yo

It is a pretty poor angle for judging the chest, which is the first thing I look at when attempting to age a deer

Who doesn’t age their deer after shooting these days ? Simple process.
