The family will be making our annual trek to the Redneck Rivera soon. We have gone on many offshore trips over the years and have always caught fish and never had a bad time. My question is does anyone have a favorite Captain or boat down there to recommend? Our group is usually over 8 people so I know that will exclude a lot of boats.

1. Nobody goes to Gulf Shotes
2. Nobody fishes if they do go
3. You're all O-T ballets and take your friggin 40 ft boat
4. Or why fish in Bama when you can fish in LA.?

Headed to gulf shores next week as well, I've fished destin and Panama City and guide info wold be greatly appreciated, went in college with a shite outfit blasting an air horn when time to pick up lines

Theres a bunch of big snapper boats that can fit over 8. Ive never fished on a charter boat out of OB, but theres a shitload of them at Zekes, so you could start there.

Last week they were fricking the snapper up.

Via Bing I was able to find the boat we used last year. Based out of Zeke's. FYI you can get a discount by contacting the boat captain directly rather than booking through Zeke's.
