Anyone ever use one? Looks pretty great and easy to transport. Few passes to clear lanes and get a food plot ready.

Yes, very helpful, also very painful on your back.

I have one, works pretty good. Only bad part is that it really doesn't cut unless you are turning. You pretty much have to do figure 8 shapes to break the ground good.

Don't use it on your Polaris ranger, it will bend your receiver hitch into your rear differential. I started using a pull behind disk instead. I will never put the ground hog back on again.

Seems like it would need to be heavier to work.

Yea that's what I'm curious about.
Have a buddy just bought one. He has a big brute Force Kawasaki and is about 300# and like 6'4".
He has enough arse that if it doesn't work for him I'm going to forget it.

I have used one for the past 4 years. The soil in alabama is fairly sandy where I hunt and this thing works great for me. Most people chop too deep and think soil has to be turned to powder for it to grow seed. Just the opposite. If you put most seed 1 inch deep you will get a good stand. I am 175lbs with Honda rubicon and it has no problem turning dirt over. If there is a lot of vegetation it takes a little while to cut through that but otherwise it is very efficient.
