Greenhouse/Shed Combo

So, here's my issue. I have a rather small backyard, and want both a shed for storage, but also a greenhouse for potting/starts in the spring and to be able to winter potted citrus plants and such.
I've got about 16x20 to play with, so individual buildings are out. Most of the shed/greehouse combo kits I found are all in England. Anyone have any experience building one on your own, or know a decent kit here in the US?

just finished 12x8 x 8 foot high- poured chain wall then treated 2x4s for side and roof- corregated metal(from Copper by Tom in Mandeville 34 inches x 8 foot @ $15/panel - much stronger than Lowes etc) on the top at sides(for strength) and then clear panels in the middle (from Lowes they come in 22 inch widths by 8 foot @$25 each)(sealed the overlapping panels with henry roof clear sealant) for the middle- used the metal 4 feet up from bottom and then clear to top -guessing @ 2k -used storm door and window from salvager - even with window open was noticeably warmer during recent cold snap

Not sure where you live but there is a place in Mobile called Gothic Arc Greenhouses. They can make what you need and do good work.

How big of a greenhouse do you want?
If you don't want/need a large one, you can always build a large shed and have a small greenhouse off to one side. I've seen some cool ones made out of old windows that are on the side of houses/shed. Just be sure they get adequate sunlight.
Also make sure you have the ability to ventilate the greenhouse in the summer and have an electrical outlet for a heater in the winter.

Just large enough for me to grow starts in the early spring, the ball and chain to do some potting for flowers, and enough room to store a few small potted citrus trees during the winter.

My granddad had one built lean too style off the back of his garage for years. it was just wooden frame with an old storm door and the translucent poly panels on roof and sides.
