Good outdoor ranges with 1hour of Baton rouge

Never posted this board before idk if this is against the rules...
Heading to visit fam in BR today gunna bring my steel gongs, anyone got some public land numbers or good ranges that let me kinda do what I want. Im not super interested in anything past 100M really just pistol sub 15m maybe a few mags of 7.62 if we bored.

Sherburne Shooting Range is about 45 minutes from Baton Rouge. It’s right before the Atchafalaya River at the Sherburne WMA. I’ve been there before and they have a pistol range and a long rifle range.
I know there’s also an Ascension Parish Sheriffs Range about 30 minutes from Baton Rouge in Gonzales, but from what I remember they’re only open certain days of the week and I’m not sure if they have a pistol range or not. I know they have a long rifle range there.

A new one just opened in Plaquemine, rifle / postol. Very nice.

Do you know the name? Im looking online and there are two ranges in like 80miles that don't have much info like a name or office number.

Iberville Parish Council Range
The only range that will allow steel targets that I know of within the range of BR you are asking about is Palo Alto in Donaldsonville, but it is a private range.
I don't know much about Honey Island or even if it is open right now but I know a few posters go shoot there.
