Actually, i think bicycles are legal vehicles under Title 32. I don't think golf carts are.

I have a golf cart but I live out in country on 300 acres..Oldest grandson was 18 before I started letting him driving it without me or wife.
13 y/o grandson get pissed that I won’t let him take it without one of us but he knows better than ask now,the answer is always no.
