Pounded out blackstrap marinated overnight in Worcestershire and Allegro Original. Flash fry serve rare .

Neck roasts are the best! I also keep the livers if they aren’t shot up and make liver and onions over rice or grits. Other staples are:

Wild Game Gumbo
Shrimp Stew
Venison and Vegetable Stew

For the nights we aren’t cleaning a deer, I always do charbroiled and fried oysters one night. Hit the easy button. Buy a half gallon shucked from Tony’s, and use the little disposable aluminum shells. They sit nice and flat on a big jellyroll pan, prep and run them under the broiler in the oven.

I used to do all the cooking from scratch after hunting until dark, at my age, my morning hunt will have an untimely interruption if I eat too late (adding copious amounts of alcohol doesn’t help)
