I love wild game, but I'm just not a real fan of duck or venison in stews. I like it cooked hot and fast to rare. I'll marinade it in dales, Italian, teriyaki, etc and then slice it thin. I've done taco seasoning too fajita style. Then you slice it thin like fajita meat and serve with rice, in tacos, etc.
Tons of marinades and things to eat it with that offer all kinds of options, I just much prefer it cooked like a steak to rare and sliced thin.

I started marinating my ducks in Coke and draining every few hours. After a few days, the meat turns out pink.
