Hope you're joking.

Nicorette helped me with the physical addiction.

I'm doing the same.

Stick with it. The gum has helped me a lot. I quit on Tuesday.

Helped me kick the habit too. Eased that craving pain almost instantly.

Whatever works for you. Different things work for different folks.

Nicorette helps you with the physical addiction but if you can get by without pumping nicotine into your body that is better...unless you become a fatass.

I gave it up for lent 3 years ago and haven't bought a can for myself since.

I'm glad I quit. I used to do it CONSTANTLY working on the farm and I never realized how much harder it was making the work. I swear I could put up 100 yards of fence in half the time and feel twice as good doing it as when I was dipping.

It was extremely easy for me and I recommend it to everybody. That shite isn't as good as you think it is.

I used a tobacco cessation program at work and used chantix to curb the nicotine - I still had a hard time with the oral addiction smokey mountain herbal snuff helped I got tired of gum and seeds. I still have a can in my truck it is weird I have no nicotine craving but every now and then enjoy a herbal dip....

Bump for update. I only had one piece of gum today but my head was absolutely throbbing ALL day. Don't know if it's lack of nicotine or sinuses but I think today was my worst day so far.

if you're giving up dipping and not nicotine, then buy a small pack of the nicotine gum. it really helps. Unfortunately, I've been addicted to the gum for a couple years and am now in the process of quitting that stuff. It's just as difficult as quitting the dip to me. I have patches I'm using and I'll wean myself off of those and chew regular gum in the process.

Still going... Been a week, and the craving has gone down... Have a can sitting in the back fridge, I just look at it when grabbing a beer...
