Anyone got any reports for Delacroix? Making a 2-3 day trip this weekend. Planning on fishing with live shrimp and some topwater. I haven't been in years so I am not sure where the best spots are. What's the best marina to launch at? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

What size boat do you have? I would go to the rocks at the end of the MRGO. Plenty of trout out there right now. If staying in Delacroix and dont want to go to hopedale launch at sweetwater. They will tell you where they are biting. I would try around 4 horse and the lakes next to it and canals around there. Also possibly the twin pipeline and canals off of it.

Plenty of boat to venture out if I need to. Thanks for the info. Can’t wait to get out there.

Heading out to the MRGO Rocks and the islands tomorrow morning.......... Hope they are still biting when we get there.
